What if I want changes to a product?

Are purchases final sale?
As our items are either digital delivery or made-to-order, we are unable to process any returns, exchanges, or refunds upon order placement. Please be very deliberate in choosing which item to order!

When will I get my order?
If you've ordered a physical product, such as a whiteboard, we will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information, including a tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but please expect 10-14 days for processing and manufacturing.
Where are physical products shipped from?
Whiteboards ship directly from the manufacturer to your delivery address. Our products are manufactured within the United States, and we carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality with the fairest possible value to our customers.
Depending on the product, whiteboards are manufactured in and shipped from Jacksboro, TN, or Shrewsbury, MA.
